Marman Flanges
Flexible Systems Products manufactures Marman Flanges that range from 2 to 6 inches in diameter. Flanges are most often used to connect pipes that have a diameter greater than 2 inches. The flange is attached to the pipe by welding, brazing, or screwed fittings.
Material that can be used to make these products is Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy 625 (Inconel), Titanium and Aluminized steel.
Clamps are used to connect two flanges/connectors together. These sets are used to quickly and efficiently disconnect two pipes from each other. The clamp can be sold separately or with the set of clamps, reducers or expanders. Each clamp fits the proper OD for each flange and are made of high grade stainless steel.
Connectors
These reducers or expanders can be used to connect two pipes with different diameter sizes. Expanders and Reducers have plain ends, but can also be slotted on each end to make it easier to connect the tubes with proper clamps. Reducers and expanders can be manufactured with Stainless, Aluminized or Carbon Steel.
